Graph problem with auto adjusting limit bars

Right now i am using scatter chart for putting limit bars. But that is of no use as Whenever I put the graph in a PPT the bars are of more width hence I have to put Lines as USL in the Graph manually.
and when i am sending to others PC the location of bars change and moves up/down. is there any way to put auto adjusting bars.

I added an error bar to the series
Deleted the vertical error bar
changed the width of the error bar to 0.5
Format the Error bar to red dashed
Then set the fill of the original series to No Fill, No marker
