Getting duplicate results when using Index(Match()) in connection with Small()

Greetings All


I am trying to add a top 20 / bottom 20 set of graphs to a dashboard but I find that for some SMALL values, I have multiple instances so when I bring them in the items represented, I only get the first instance repeated for each using the INDEX(MATCH()).


Is there a way to get Every instance returned?

..So how it will going to be top 20 if they are 20 values but each/some of them repeated multiple times?
