Get live exchange rates that refresh every day

Hello,

I have absolutely 0 experience with power query, but I was told this is possible.

Is there a way in Excel 2019 to got to:

1 EUR to GBP - Euros to British Pounds Exchange Rate

Get the latest 1 Euro to British Pound rate for FREE with the original Universal Currency Converter. Set rate alerts for EUR to GBP and learn more about Euros and British Pounds from XE - the Currency Authority.

1 EUR to USD - Euros to US Dollars Exchange Rate

I tried doing it myself and it worked, but the values don't update when I refresh.

It may be refreshing, but with the same values?!
Delete (some of) the values in the table, then refresh; do the numbers re-appear? If so, it's refreshing.
