Generating fresh signal

We need to generate signals based on Changes in the values.

The rest of us either don't or have to make assumptions about it

So in L3 should I be using data from A3:A23 or A241:A260
or should L260 use A241:A260 ?

Yes it has to be L260 use A241:A260

for both average and STD DIV
