Hi All,
I work in HR and have an excel database for our Employees
It contains the employees name, address, rate of pay, contract start and finish dates etc.
At present I generate contracts and other documents by using mail merge; merging a word doc with my excel database.
However things would be much easier if I could place a clickable button beside a new employee entry in Excel which would generate said employee's contract.
Then my colleagues who are IT illiterate could generate contracts at the click of a button.
Is this possible? How?
