Free fall of listed data - vlookup etc

Is there a possibility wherein we can have a set of values populated when we enter or chose a value in the first cell and the cells next to it correspondingly pick up info from another excel tab/sheet.


For Eg

Sl No Option Dest

1 A1 - Gingerbread MA1

2 A2 - Lemon MA1


So if u chose or enter 1 in cell A2, then B2 should populate A1-gingerbread, C3 to populate MA1.


please help me out.
