Hi,

I have set of 3 months data with customer numbers and a disposition.

I wanted to one simple exercise
- Wanted to know repeat customers data
- To find out how many customer called within 3 days, 7 days, 15 days ... etc. for one single issue.
- How to find out, how many customers called on the same day for one single issue

Please help me.

Regards,
Satya

Why not throw all the data into a Pivot Table
Count the Number of any field
Use the User Disposition as a Filter
Then Group the data by 3, 7 and 15 days and see what you get

There is only 2 days of data in the sample file
Its a bit hard to do 3, 7 or 15 day analysis

If I do the below exercise I can only see range of calls for 3, 7, and 15

But, I don't know how many are the unique customers ?

I guess, there should be a way to do this analysis.
