Formula to be able to select as Hyperlink

I have the below formula in a Contact Spreadsheet, it all works great except the cell that this formula is in displaus as an email but is not able to be selected or shown as an actual hyperlink.

Does anyone know how to adapt to be able to click as an email link??

=IF($A3="","",IF(INDEX(DB_List,VLOOKUP($A3,DB_RowIndices,2,FALSE),K$1)="","",INDEX(DB_List,VLOOKUP($A3,DB_RowIndices,2,FALSE),K$1)))
