Formula / Stats help!!!

Hi there,

I need to answer the following questions but I'm not sure which formulas to use to achieve this:

- proportion of doctors admitting 50% of all patients
- proportion of patients admitted by the upper 50% of doctors
- proportion of patient admitted by the lower 10% of doctors


Doctor names are in Column A and number of patients in Column B. I have ordered the data by Column B descending (largest to smallest). The data is like so:
