Formula not being applied

Respected Masters,

Sir I have the data which is fetched from brokers app and it is dynamic. It keeps changing.

I want to apply sum formualem but it gives 0

Also want to apply conditional formatting, but it is not being applied.

Kindly help on this

SUM works perfectly. Use Excel Tables to cope with changing range lengths.
