Formula Issues

Hi Excel-Access,
This appears to be a set of requirements relating to something which we (the forum) don't know anything about. It's like walking into the middle of a conversation. Are you expecting us to do something with these requirements? What part are you struggling with? Is it a single formula, like the thread title suggests, or more? Are we building a dashboard, or just part of it?

Remember, the more information you give us the better it will go. Simply throwing up the file you've been working on with no context is not likley to get any help. :(
