Formula is not giving correct answer

I am trying to make a Dynamic formula from manual formula but my result is different.

can someone please help me in this regards.

Both formulas are available in sheet.

In the I5 formula uou haven't subtracted 1 & multiplied by 100 which you have done with the H5 formula
 
That is the answer by putting that values -1)*100 in last and after red -1)*100 but still result is not same.

How would those You 'date' match with something?
Your 1st 'green' result (0.84... ) should use seven cells and other 12 cells range with Your correct formula.
... and 2nd 'orange' result should use dates as with below snapshot... hmm?
=> Your formula gives correct results ... but ... it won't work within same ranges. <=

Sir, if date will start from 1-1-2020 then 0.84 will match 12 cell and now it starts from 1-7-2020 that's why it counted 7 cells.

I just want to make it dynamic to drag it down and accurate result should appear.
I was doing it manual whenever the date goes change.

Yes it will match the result from Feb to Jan then again Feb to Jan. (That is our calculation method.)
