Formula Hiding

Hi,


I wnt to hide the formula in my excel sheet without protecting the sheet or hiding the formula bar.the formula may appear in the formula bar,but the output of the formula will come only if the refernce cell gets updated.


Hope u got the querry.Any help is highly appreciated.
 
Can you conditionally format the cell so that if source/reference cell is blank, font is white?
