Formula for weeks weather in Excel

Hi All,

I have a spreadsheet with various data for Footfall in it, I want to be able to show a weather Icon for the weather for each week, ie, if it has been sunny, cluding and rain over a 1 week period, it would show for example.

Does anyone know how to go about this or even if it is possible, in my spreadsheet I have Week No. in Column A, First Date in Week in Column B and then the weather will need to be shown in Column I.

Anyone help would be appreciated.
