Formula for Time difference

Dear All,


What is the formula for Calculating the difference of time as shown below:


1) Down Time is from

9:05 to 9: 15 am date 20-Dec-12

9:25 to 9: 35 am date 20-Dec-12

9:45 to 9: 55 am date 20-Dec-12


Now i want to know the % of down time in day ( 24 hours) and in month i.e 24 hours * 30 days.
