i want my model to look neat and clean but since some numbers in some cells are big and some small, they r of different size. let me know how can i can i make it look tidy and uniform

Could you please upload a sample sheet, indicating aesthetic criteria?

Roughly I'd say you can apply different formats according to number range spread, but it's just theory, need the real case.

You can upload to a file-sharing website such as Rapidshare , Googledocs , Skydrive or any other of your choice ; the main point is to give access to everyone , or any least those who have the link , and then post the link in this forum.
