How to Format "Form Controls" from Developer menu, with a incremental value of 0.01 .

You can insert as many controls on a sheet as you can manage
You can't directly increment by 0.1
Trick is to define what range you want to increment over, lets say 0 to 5 in steps of 0.1
Setup your control to increment 0 to 50 steps of 1
then with a second cell link it to the Format Control's Cell Link by =ControlLink Cell/10
