Finding Out Percent of Lines Open...

This should be a very fairly easy question but for some reason, I cannot seem you process it in mind and cannot seem to find a proper search in google...
I am trying to find out what percentage of LINES and VALUES$ for Open orders THAT has a valid ship date and which one has a blank ship date.

Can someone please assist?

Thank you.... is it doable to perform the function for the field "Date Due to Stock" to find out the percentage that has dates and percentage that has no dates listed?
