Finding Column Header Name referencing row values

Hi

I have a table as below:

App Id a b c d e
1 x x x x
2 x
3 x x
4 x

This table is not fixed in rows and columns

The resultant table is:

App Id Column Headers
1 a, b, d, e (this is where the "x" is)
2
3
4

Can you please help

Thanks. But need that values in single row than multiple rows seperated by comma. As we dont know how many columns would be there
