Find value with certain caracters based on condition

Hi
Here is Table 1 with data. In column "Cod" I have values that begin by "TS*" or "KW*"


In Table 2 I need to place only "KS*" values that match "Ref" values.


how to apply this through Index/Match or Vlookup?

... but ... how many "KS*"-values can You see?

Cell I3 gives option for some other combinations...

An alternative option is use Power Query. Any additions to the tables would automatically be updated in the result when "Refresh" Icon is clicked. Look at this file. This is available to you if you have Excel 2010 or later.
