I came across a weird issue when I tried to find a cell value "80% ~ 100%". The problem is not with 80% or 100%. The issue here is the cell value has got the symbol "~" which Excel is unable to recognize.
When you change the symbol from "~" to "-", excel promptly finds the value.
This is so even while referring the cell value which has th symbol "~" in a formula. The formula will give you an error message, even though there is a clear match.
In a similar situation, when I typed just the symbol "~" in Find, it took me to Cell "XFD1048576", the last cell in the excel sheet.
It was so weird and am very curious to know why is it so. Is there any reason to it?
