Find blank cells between two non-blank cells in a particular row

Hello all!

I've been racking my brain for a few days on this one. I have a list of unique Member IDs in column A and the associated months that they have been members in columns B and beyond:

Example: 123456789|||March_2013|||February_2013||| etc...

In many instance people are members then leave for a month (or more) then come back.. so it would look like this:

Example: 123333333|||March_2013|||February_2013||| |||December_2012

What I want to do is ID those members that leave then come back. Ultimately they will always have a space between two particular months. Any help?

Good day healthcarerich

If you are going to have an empty cell where members have not be at the club for a particular month then can you not just CF to format empty cells with a fill colour?

Thanks for responding bobhc!

The problem with that is that there could be empty cells at the end of the range or beginning and they would not have left and came back. For example below if the range includes March 2013 back to September 2012:

123456789|||___|||Feb_2013|||Jan_2013|||Dec_2012|||Nov_2012|||Oct_2012|||
