Find and delete value in column then shift up cells (not row)

Hello Everyone,

How would you find a value in a column then delete it and shift the values up to eliminate the blank space? Without deleting an entire row since there's data to the side.

For example:
The value in Sheet1 [E5] = Product5
Column F on Sheet2 would remove Product 5 from F7:F and shift up values below the new blank cell to close the gap.

I hope I'm explaining this ok.
