Filtering in Excel 2003

I am trying to make a table in 2007 with filtering, but needs to be compatable with 2003. Any ideas anyone?

What kind of filtering?

Say the table column had values such as "Eggs", "Corn", "Beef" etc, I need to be able to get the table to show just "Corn" and to hide the "Eggs" and "Beef"
