Filter on Blanks in table in Excel 2010 no longer works

In previous versions of Excel, in a table (or a set of data with a filter) I would press:

windows key (or right click)

e (filter...)

v (filter by selected cell's value).

I would do this on a blank cell and it would filter on all blank cells.

In Excel 2010, when you do this, it filters the table, but no cells are visible. To filter onto blank cells, you have to click the filter column header, deselect all, then select blanks. Which is a lot more keystrokes.

Is anyone else getting this problem (hassle) in 2010?

Edit: I tried to do this in Excel 2007 and it worked great. When I right clicked a cell, then Filter > FIlter by Selected Cell's Value, no rows are shown although there were rows with blanks value. Is it perhaps a bug in Excel, then?
