is it possible to open an excel file, adding a special command (or an icon) in a selected ribbon card ?

If you have certain files you open regularly why not use this?

Hi Livio,
I think.. this option is already available in 2013..
In Office Menu.. Open > you have a lots of PIN, to set a special file always available .. irrespective of recent open file list.. You can use it for same purpose.. as mentioned above by oldChippy.. and excel has already a lots of feature..

Useful or useless.. is only depend on you.. not ours..
Or you can create a PERSONAL macro.. to open a specific file.. and add the maccro in the QAT or YourMenu > YourGroup tab..
