Extracting Column data with Duplicates

Can anyone help me extract a column with lots of duplicate data? I want to get the top10 and the from that top 10 match it with each NAME column corresponding it its values:

BOMBAY2 95

KASHMIR3 97

KASHMIR4 95

I am having problems with some formulas getting only the first instance of duplicate data. Please help
