what i want is to fetch all roll nos per criteria selection stand in either column (source data)

Thankyou for posting the data here, but can you please attach it as an Excel file, so that the columns of data are maintained

The selection criteria is stored in the 2 cells

What are the different sections 1, 2 3 etc?
 
yes, criteria comprises of fields named "acadmic year & Class" in Class fee slip worksheet.
so far as different section like 1,2,3 are concerned please ignore them, these are simple counting of set of columns and nothing to do with extracting data. thanks

I have only set it up to extract 10 records, because you didn't answer my question "How many records is likely to be the largest extraction?"

It will need to be modified to retrieve more

Sorry for late reply, i wasn't there. and thanks for your answer. so far so good, i resolved it too. how to fetch records matching criteria i.e. 2014-15 / KG where students records exist in (students promoted to lower class to KG in 2014-15) column D,E & Column G,H?
 
in other words, how to show records matching criterial falls in any column in order to take print of class fee slips? hope to answer the question.
