I have four columns data I wants to extract something like this:

If there is a tie then I any one of from tie records. for exp.

Google Google.com 2 India
Google Google.com 2 India

I want "Google Google.com 2 India"

if there is discrepance in rank like:

Google Google.com 2 India
Google Google.com 1 India

then I want smallest ranked "Google Google.com 1 India"
