It's bit too difficult to help you without any details.
But if it's Jira try their API (REST API v2) to connect and extract data.
Then again, it's proprietary software and most of us will not have access to it. You may have better luck asking in Atlassian's support forum.

As for Pantheon Odyssey (I assume that's what you meant)... I've no experience, but their website indicate you can integrate it with Office without coding.
