Existing VBA extend to use filter

Hi all,

In the attachment you will see an file what is provided as template for publication.
The main goal for me is that sheet 'Woonplaatsen' will have a filter applied based on 'Landsnaam' and saved as html too.

What do I have to do?
I am a realy noob... so step by step would be great and helpful.
