Execute a button from ribbon

I have a com add-in installed on my system and I want to execute the Refresh All button from that add-in. It is a .vsto file format and also I do not have the button id.
Is this something doable with the help of VBA?

Execute a button from third party com add-In

I have installed a third party com add-in. It is a .vsto file format. The add-in has a Refresh All button. I want to execute that using VBA. Is this even possible?

Curious, why would you need a button to run "Refresh All? when it is native to Excel and found on the Data Tab. Seems a bit redundant to me.
