Excel Web query help...data import issue

Dear members,
I'm using excel 2007 and trying to import data through web query from following web sites
http://www.firstcharting.com/lq/

http://www.glscharts.com/m/

In first it is showing Unknown run time error

and in second it do not show any quotes

although both are html page I have no idea why it happen and how to resolve it.

Also when I import data from
http://ncdex.com/MarketData/LiveFuturesQuotes.aspx

it shows all the traded script and even I delete the rows it get reappeared in next refresh.
Is there a way i can delete rows from a table and get required cells only.

Any help, suggestion on following issues one or all will be very much appreciated.

The first of your links actually has embeded javascript links to get the values and setup links to the charts
But yes, you can get just the values
