Excel too slow after executing Macro

Hi,

I executed a macro to do the following

Sheet1 contains assessment scores of employees. On click of a button, macro will create a new sheet for each employee, in which a pre specified scorecard template will be created .on the same click event, macro will copy score of each of these employees to his/her score card template. On press of another button, each of the scorecard sheets will be converted to a PDF document and stored in a location.Again on press of a different button ,macro will sent all this PDFs to mail ids of the employees fetched from sheet1 (through gmail).

I executed this macro successfully for about 30 employees yesterday. Since then my excel is too slow . Advice on how to proceed.Only after i execute 'send mail' part of macro(3rd button) ,excel is becoming slow.Generating reports and convertion to PDF worked fine.

Without seeing the file it is hard to estimate what is going on
It is probably that there are interlinked formula across many sheets
What happens if you delete all the new sheets at the end and save the file
Re-open and it should be ok ?
