Right here is a great start both at the Chandoo.org Forums (about 6000 posts) and the main http://chandoo.org/wp/ web site (Watch the Recent Comments about half way down the right hand view pane)


There are about 30-40 new problems posted in the Forums daily ranging from simple 1 line answers to complex solutions requiring many lines of VBA or explanation


Don't worry about the fact that someone else may have answered the question, Excel normally has a few ways to solve most problems

Your solution may be more efficient or less efficient, Don't worry about that either


Read how the other people have solved the problem and see if you can back calculate what they have done.


Then ask questions here yourself, Why did you do xxx that way ?


Just dive in and enjoy the swim
