Excel Macro Issus

When I try to reference a hidden cell (in a password protected sheet and password protected workbook), the macro does not run and tells me the reference is not valid. I am trying to goal seek cell K4 to equal Cell D44 by changing cell d39. All cells are hidden.
 
The hidden cells some times may be also locked, so protected sheets protect from making any changes even thru macro.


You need to add a line of vba code to unprotect and then protect it back.

It did work - it was simplier to unlock those cells rather than to insert VBA code to unprotect and protect.
