Hi Experts,

Is there any way or formula with which I can convert any number value to figure without vba.

ex
1 to one
11 to Eleven

etc..

i agree this would not be possible without VBAs.

having said, in case you have a limited numbers then you may try to list it a separate sheet and do a vlookup() or any such formulae.

This is just a workaround to cut VBA, but not ideal way to do.

Hi ,

If you Google , you should be able to find out that people have come up with a formula to do this.

However , you should also be aware that the formula is not fool-proof , and gives strange results for certain currency amounts.

In the interest of reliability , you should opt for a VBA solution , unless , as Prasad mentioned , you have a restricted set of amounts.
