Hi - I feel like there's not enough data to figure out what you're trying to do. I don't mean data on the workbook I mean communication data.

What is the outcome? You want the time to populate.
Where are you putting that information? ex. what are you typing - Maker or Activity?

Sooo going off what i interpret. i figured you were trying to say if you have the role "maker, checker, or sup" and you type in the activity what is the time.

I use VLookup. I also change your "sample" around cuz i took it a step further than what you have here. If i didn't do what was requested or went too far let me know. I apologize. I just saw there was extra on the workbook and fit it in.

Please see the attachment and let me know if that was what you were looking for.

You have done two threads.
With previous one,
I asked to reread Forum Rules
and
this time, I have to ask to reread Forum Rules again:

Question #1: Did You reread previous time?
Question #2: Will You reread now?
Question #3: Will You even try to follow Forum Rules?
