K keymaster New Member Sep 25, 2011 #3 @Kim... You are getting error because there are no people with the condition "Operations Dept where Experience is at least 2 years". Since 0 people match that condition, AVERAGEIFS is showing DIV/0 error. Change the data to get some average values.
