Excel file size suddenly increased to 30MB

Hi,

Can anyone help me to reduce excel file size back to <2MB as the working file suddenly increased its size to 30MB.

Please help.

Try deleting (right click -- delete) out all columns and rows with no data or needed formulas, perhaps you've accidentally filled a table or bunch of formulas down to row 984,568,142,156,589........... or whatever the last row is!

Also check your formatting, sometimes excessive formatting bloats workbooks.

When this kind of thing has happened to me before then first point normally fixes it.

Was it a *.xlsb file and it is now a *.xlsx/m ?
Did you add lots of Pivot tables
Did you add lots of images ?
