Excel file not responding

Can anyone help me on this file. i cant do anything in this file. is it a problem of excel or my pc got problem?

Password is: 3046

As already posted by Hui , I am also able to open the file and work with it.

I am attaching the same file with this post ; download this file and see if you face the same problem with this file which you faced with your original file.

no, its not working. every option in home,insert,page layout,formulas, data is locked.

Here, many of those seems working.
How locked? Could You name any or one cell which is locked?

What Computer, Operating System and version of Excel are you using ?

The following link presents 4 possibilities :

With three of them , all Excel files should give you the same problem ; with the fourth possibility , it may be just this file which is the problem.
