Excel data

I have data in excel as,

A B C

Month Jan A1

Month Feb A2

Month Mar A3

Month Apr A4

Day 1 A13

Day 2 A14

Day 3 A15

Day 4 A16

Day 5 A17

Day 6 A18

Day 7 A19

Day 8 A20

Day 9 A21


which I have display as,

Month Jan Feb Mar Apr.....

Day 1 2 3 4....


As for Day and Month I have same data in other column.


Any kind of help is appreciated.

Copy the data, go to Paste and transpose the data to desired cell. (paste > transpose).

This was just an example. I have 52 columns and data in millions.

From which I may use 4 to 5 columns for report preparation.

I need to know if there is any function or SQL which I can use.

I can't afford to copy and paste for each and every report.

you can use the array formula transpose


=transpose(range) with alt+ctrl+enter
