Excel Dashboard & Analysis for HR & Payroll data

Sir I would like to develop an application excel based where we can see all data in dashboard and generate reports as required for all F.Y.
I have data Emp ID, Name, DOJ, DOL, Cost Center, contribution percentage, CTC salary, Addl. Payments, Sal Paid days, LOP days, Project Name, Reporting Mgr, Project Manager, Month&Year, Gender, DOB etc. Please help me the in architecture design before initiate the project and provide me vba code if any rquired to achieve this.

Of course, it would be possible to offer something (99% pure guess) ...
but would be it something,
which You would need or could use at all.
You should able to give more details about: generate reports as required for all F.Y.
