Hi Guys, Please could you suggest the best way to show the increase or decrease of dosage (Column E)between June and Nov for Three item in Column D (FALLL, FALLR,FALLB) see attached file. Many Thanks

Is there data for FALLB for Nov?

At any rate, there's limited control over charting option when using Pivot Chart.

Use either line chart.

Thanks for your help. that is right no FALLB for Nov. I just forgot to mention, I need dosage to be shown separately not as a sum any idea please.
 
How do you mean? You can't use Best Hosp No. since these don't tie anything together... and are unique in your data...

Also, having that many item in your data would make it cluttered and hard to read.

Can you explain full context of how the data should be presented?

Here's another sample (though this really isn't meaningful way to present data and is misleading).
