Excel Bar Charts with median line - Can you colour the bars if above or below the median?

I have set up all my charts and they have a bar per person and also a team median. I would like to colour the bars in green if above the average (which is a formula) and the same in red if below average.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

You will need to add two helper series and then chart those series
The two series will be the lower amount equal to value below the mean or zero if above the mean
And a second series for the amount if it is above the mean or 0 if below
Then plot the chart as a Stacked Column Chart

You can see an example here

Hi there I have attached the file below.
The first axis is individual score and the Second is Team Average.
I have a bar chart to represent the first axis and a line for the second axis. I would like to show the bars as green and red if above or below the team average.

Thank you
