Excel 2007 vs Excel 2010

Hi all,

What's the user feedback on Excel 2010 vs 2007? I'm currently using Excel 2007 while half in the company uses 2010. If I upgrade to 2010 version, will it causes major headaches on those still using 2007? What are the things I should be looking out on if I upgrade to 2010? And what is the feedback? Is 2010 significantly better (functionality, user friendliness, etc)?

From other places I've read, it looks like 2010 to 2007 is the equivalent of Windows 7 vs. Vista. It cleaned up a lot of the annoyances in the first one. Additionally, the VBA of 2010 supports 64-bit systems. Link: http://www.dailydoseofexcel.com/archives/2011/08/12/office-2010-vba/

If you've already made the transition of using a ribbon, I'd recommend going to 2010 as I think it has better functionality. You've also got sparklines, and better chart interfaces. For the regular user view point, I think Jon did a good review here:

And of course, our very own Chandoo:

PS. The new PivotTable slicers are VERY handy, and deeply wlecomed by all frequent PivotTable users:
