excel 2007, bar (not column) chart and vertical line?

Hi all,


we've just upgraded to 2007 and im finding it a mixed bag. can anybody explain in 2007 terms how i can make a bar (not column) chart and make a vertical line or three. Scatter would seem to be the way to go but the disjointed interface (for this job at least i think) is really making it hard to get anything done.


have found lots of 2003 tutorials for this but just cant get 2007 to do the job. cheers
 
think im getting somewhere, it looks like i cant plot to a secondary axis until ive made it visible with Chart tools / Layout / Axes/ secondary horizontal axis / show secondary axis.


im able to hide it from the same place and the formatting remains. friday afternoon behaviour from me i think?
