Empty Cell with formula

Hello. Column C and column D have data. In column E I have that formula: =IF(C3>D3,"YES",IF(C3=D3,"RR", IF(C3<D3,"NO")))

It working. But
1) if C5 is empty and D5 is also empty I get RR. Which is correct because C5=D5. I want to change the formula and if C5 and D5 are both empty, E5 to be also empty.
2) And if C5 has data but D5 has no data, then E5 to be empty. Same if D5 has data but C5 has not.

If the second make things difficult, I can work with my data just with the answer to the first one. Thanks.
