Embedded formulas

Hello, the combination of these formulas don't work; when I do them separately, they're OK. I'm at a loss.
=IF(VLOOKUP(CONCATENATE(B6,C6,D6,P6),'RMC'!$B$12:$F$3995,5,0)<>"",VLOOKUP(CONCATENATE(B6,C6,D6,P6),'RMC'!$B$12:$F$3995,5,0),IF(VLOOKUP(CONCATENATE(B6,D6,P6),'RMC'!$A$12:$F$3995,6,0)<>"","NewSupplier","")

the keys in the RMC tab where the Vlookup goes to get the data are concatenation of the same categories.

Can someone help?
