eliminate inventory stock by fifo

I want to eliminate qty stock by fifo method but my formulas are too many and I got trouble if outward qty is more than stock, my formula failed to show the minus result. Anyone can make a simple formula or maybe make a UDF for it. Thanks.

Error message: The file is corrupt and can not be opened.

How about just putting the table in with Purchase qty, Purchase Price, Sales QTY, Sales Price, Closing QTY and some of the output columns you want to show such as Sales Price. That should upload OK and you will be away then.

smallman: I've open some of them and all of it was focused in total price or qty. I need you to know my formulas so you can make it more simple.

Hi Marvel

I could not open your second document either (now that is at home and at work). I was able to open the file Hui put on this thread though). I will have a look at it tonight. It is an interesting problem. BTW your file could use some TLC with its setup. The file has formula which crosses over, the inputs sheet draws from the output sheet and the Output sheet draws from the input sheet. It is very confusing and could use a bit of help.
